FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS (FAQs)
The shed can be anchored to a concrete slab, gravel pad, or other level surface. We recommend a 4-6 inch concrete slab for permanent installations.
Most customers can assemble the shed frame in 4-6 hours with 2-3 people using common household tools.
You'll need a drill/driver, level, tape measure, and basic hand tools. No special equipment or welding required.
Permit requirements vary by location. Check with your local building department. We can provide engineering drawings if required.
The 8x10 shed provides 8 additional square feet of storage space (80 sq ft vs 72 sq ft) and is only slightly heavier. Both use the same quality materials and construction methods.
