I’ve sent several pictures too Ann & Monique about the panels not matching the color I ordered. They said they are marked charcoal which I ordered, they sent me a color chart I held color chart next to the panels it is labeled as charcoal, the color is not even close. I’ve sent several emails to both and asked for an explanation why the panels I ordered as charcoal don’t match the color of charcoal on the color chart. Still have had no response. Probably won’t receive one. I paid over $750 in good faith and got screwed. Have very low opinion of Steeldash. Trying to figure my options to get this resolved.
